Be Ready Community Development Corporation
Founded in 2003, Be Ready CDC focuses on revitalizing the Hilltop neighborhood in Wilmington’s West Side. Their programs include after-school and summer enrichment, a food bank, youth leadership development, entrepreneurship training, and transitional housing for re-entry and homeless families. The organization operates a food pantry every Monday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM, and on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month during the same hours.
